This workshop addresses targeting ARM7 architecture based devices, specifically the LPC series from NXP semiconductors l. The information gained can be applied to any embedded system design. You will also learn advanced coding techniques that will increase your overall Embedded C proficiency and enhance your microcontroller design concepts.

Duration

It’s a two day workshop. In this two-day course, you will gain valuable hands-on experience. Incoming students with little or no 32 bit architecture knowledge will finish this course empowered with the ability to write and create efficient 32 bit microcontroller designs.

Who Should Attend?

Engineering students who want to use Embedded C effectively for Embedded System Design. This knowledge can be used for designing microcontroller based projects for final year as well as for various Robotics competitions.

After completing this workshop, you will be able to:

• Target and optimize 32 bit microcontrollers by using Embedded C
• Use internal peripherals of a microcontroller such as Timers, Interrupts and UART
• Create and manage designs by using the Keil software design environment
• Interface external peripherals such as motor driver, keypad, LCD etc
