Q 1 : Can I purchase product without registering on the website?

Yes but it is better for you if you register on the website to make any purchase on our online shop.  

Q 2: Do I need to give accurate personal information while registering on the website?

 Yes, when you log in and buy a product the shipping address and contact person details is the details you have provided while registering so it is important that you give correct information. 

Q 3: Can I edit my contact details and shipping address?

Yes, while confirming your purchase you can check your contact name and shipping address and modify it if needed. 

Q 4: What are the payment options available?

Send cheque / demand draft to us, Electronic transfer or deposit cheque / demand draft or Cash to your nearest SBI bank branch. 

Q 5: Can we pay through credit card / debit card?

YES, this facility is also available through CCAvenue Payment  Gateway and you can enjoy your shopping through credit card / debit card. 

Q 6: Steps to purchase on the website?

  1. Log in if you are existing customer or create new account and login.
  2. Select the product you wish to buy.
  3. Click on buy now for adding the product in your buy cart.
  4. Click on the product link to view further details on the product.
  5. Click on add to cart to add it to the buy cart once you decide to buy.
  6. Update the quantity you wish to buy.
  7. Select check out to confirm your order.
  8. Verify the shipping address.
  9. Check the payment mode and select continue ( You will get Bank & Account details at this step).
  10. Order confirmation page verify your purchase details.
  11. Note down the payment information.
  12. And select confirm order.
  13. Order has been processed page (confirms your order has been registered).
  14. Will receive a confirmation mail.
  15. And your product will get dispatched once we receive payment.


Q 7: How to make payment by Cheque /Demand Draft/ Online Transfer?

Your order will not get dispatched until your payment gets credited into our account. 

Q 8: How do I track my order?

You will get a email after your order is shipped which will provide you with the courier tracking number and hence you can track your order online. 

Q 9: Can I place order over the phone?

No, Online registration is mandatory. But if you do not have net access and need assistance in online registration then can call us and we will do the needful. 

Q 10: What if my package is tampered or receive damaged product?

We check our packages before dispatch and any tampering or damage may take place while transporting so you need to check it with the courier service for the same. Depending on the case the company may or may not replace the damaged product. 

Q 11 : Can I get discount for my purchase?

We offer special discount for bulk orders and for frequent buyers. To know details please contact our representative. 

Q 12: How to make additional purchase once order is generated?

You can make a fresh order with all the products and cancel the previous order generated or make Separate order and request our representative to waive off 1 shipping charge by combining both the orders. 

Q 13: Can I return items back once I have paid and got the items?

No , once the items are sold we do not have a refund policy for any of our products.
